From the moment we first meet our clients, we are excited and intrigued to hear their stories, their wants and their needs.
Our planning process is designed to help us identify and structure a solution that works best for you, ensuring that we always consider your personal circumstances while still providing quality advice.

We start with a straightforward conversation. You'll tell me about your financial goals, your current challenges, and why you're seeking help. I'll explain how my process works and what you can expect. From there, we mutually decide if it's a good fit.

To build a real plan - not guesses - we need the full picture. That means gathering information about your income, spending, debt, investments, employee benefits, insurance policies, and tax returns. It's the least exciting part, but it's the foundation for everything that follows.

Once you've submitted your documents, I organize everything into your secure planning portal. This includes running a complete cash flow and spending audit so we can see exactly where your money is coming from and where it's going, before we make any recommendations.

In this meeting, we walk through your financial picture as it stands today. No assumptions, no projections - just the truth. If nothing changes, this is the path you're currently on. It gives us a baseline to plan from.

Now we start modeling different scenarios. Can you retire earlier? Pay less in taxes? Accelerate debt payoff or investments? We collaborate on priorities while I coordinate behind the scenes with tax, legal, or investment specialists as needed.

You'll see a preliminary version of your plan so we can refine assumptions and make sure the recommendations align with your lifestyle and goals. This is where we make adjustments before finalizing anything.

We review your complete financial roadmap: the "what," "why," and "how" behind each recommendation. The goal isn't to overwhelm you with detail, but to give you clarity and direction so you know exactly what to do next.

Every action item gets assigned with clear ownership and deadlines. Some steps are quick wins; others take time. Either way, nothing is left vague. We know who's doing what and when it needs to happen.

We stay in contact throughout the year to track progress and hold you accountable to key decisions. As your life changes and tax laws evolve, we adjust the plan accordingly. This isn't "set it and forget it."

Each year, we review your results, revisit your goals, and recalibrate the strategy as needed. Planning isn't a one-time event, it's an evolving process that grows with you.
I work with people who are ready to take action. If you're looking for a quick fix, a get-rich-quick scheme, or someone to just tell you what you want to hear, we're not going to be a good match.
Here's what I need from clients:
Willingness to change – If you realize you need to make adjustments but you're not willing to make trade-offs to improve your financial position, it's going to be tough for us to work together.
Openness to learning – I'm here to educate you, not talk at you. If you're not willing to ask questions, learn, and engage in the process, we won't get very far.
Commitment to the process – Financial planning takes time. If you're expecting instant results or aren't willing to follow through on action items, this won't work.
I don't do one-off consultations or hourly work. I only take on clients I can meaningfully impact through a full planning engagement. If that sounds like you, let's talk.
